高校图书馆一方面收集和整理各类期刊、图书、电子数据库等资源,另一方面为高校教职工与学生终生学习、文化发展等提供服务.在信息化背景下,探讨高校图书馆服务模式的转型升级方式是对智能图书馆如何更好利用数据资源服务读者的一次深入的思考.笔者首先简述了高校图书馆提供的检索、借阅、咨询服务模式,其次分析了这三种服务模式存在的问题,最后提出信息化背景下高校图书馆智能服务模式的构建建议.%On the one hand, university libraries collect and organize various types of periodicals, books,electronic databases and other resources. On the other hand, they provide services for the lifelong learning and cultural development of college staff and students. Under the background of informationization, the exploration of the mode of transformation and upgrading of the service mode of university libraries is an in-depth reflection on how intelligent libraries can better use data resources to serve readers. The author first introduces the retrieval, borrowing and consulting services provided by university libraries, then analyzes the problems existing in these three service modes, and finally puts forward some suggestions on the construction of intelligent service mode in the university library under the information background.
