化学反应动力学方程在涂料配方设计中的应用

摘要

研究丙烯酸树脂和脂肪族异氰酸酯化学反应动力学方程,根据化学反应动力学方程式计算化学反应常数,作出x-t图,可清楚地看到不同的催化剂用量对反应速度的影响,给涂料配方设计提供理论指导。%This paper studies the chemical reaction kinetic equation of acrylic resin and aliphatic isocyanate. Based on the equation, chemical reaction constant is calculated out and x-t graph is made, and influence of different catalyst amount on reaction speed is determined, providing theoretical guidance for coatings formula design.
