水性底面合一防腐涂料的研究与制备

摘要

介绍了国内外防腐涂料的研究和应用情况,阐述了用水性环氧酯改性丙烯酸树脂配制水性底面合一防腐涂料的方法,并分析影响涂料性能的各项因素。该涂料具有优异的机械性能和防锈性能,耐盐雾性可达到国外同类产品。%This paper introduces the research and application of anticorrosion coatings domestic and overseas,narrates the preparation of water-borne one-coat anticorrosive coatings from water-borne epoxy ester modified acrylic resin,and analyzes the factors influencing the properties of the coatings.The coating has excellent mechanical properties and rust resistance;the salt fog resistance can reach the level of similar foreign products.
