实心聚硅氧烷微球在水性高透哑光清面漆中的应用

     

摘要

分别以甲基三甲氧基硅烷( Z-6070)、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷( Z-6030)、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷( Z-6040)为原料,将经两步法水解缩合制得的微米级实心聚硅氧烷微球添加至聚丙烯酸酯乳液中制备聚丙烯酸杂合乳液(SiO2/PAE)。探讨了聚硅氧烷微球的种类、固含量占比对最终制备的水性哑光清面漆光泽度的影响,采用目测和色差仪测试相结合的方法对全哑效果下(光泽度≤10%)涂膜的透明度以及光泽稳定性进行了评价。结果表明:采用Z-6040为原料制得的实心聚硅氧烷微球共混制备的全哑清面漆的涂膜透明度最佳,在标准黑色底板上的色差仅为0.1%,且热贮存30 d后光泽仍稳定。%SiO2/PAE was prepared by polyacrylate emulsion mixing with solid polysiloxane microspheres which were synthesized by hydrolysis-condensation reaction of MTMS, MTES or γ-MPS. The effects of variety, particle size and dosage of polysiloxane microspheres on the gloss of waterborne matt clear ifnish were investigated; the transparency of dark iflms (gloss≤10%) was evaluated by the combination of visual observation and colorimeter test. The results indicated that waterborne dark clear ifnish achieved the optimal transparency (ΔE* was 0.10%) and stable gloss on the standard black wooden substrate when polysiloxane microspheres was synthesized by γ-MPS.
