In allusion to the effect of additives and pigments on the properties of waterborne anticorrosive primer, the paper chose waterborne epoxy resin as the iflm forming material, introduced in detail the effective mechanism of anti-rust ifller for anticorrosive primer and screened different wetting dispersants and anti-foaming agents to ifnd the best choice and mix ratio for anticorrosive primer. The waterborne epoxy anticorrosive primer prepared in this way has excellent adhesion, impact resistance, salt-fog resistance and other properties.%针对水性涂料中助剂和颜料对其性能的影响，以水性环氧树脂体系作为成膜物，详细介绍了防锈填料对涂料防腐的生效机理，并对润湿分散剂、消泡剂进行了筛选，找到最佳选择及用量配比。制备的水性环氧防腐底漆具有优良的附着力、抗冲击性、耐盐雾性等。
