煤炭企业海外投资的机遇与风险分析

摘要

认为煤炭企业在进行海外投资时所遇到政治、法律、决策、评估、融资以及汇率的风险也在不断加大。提出，我国的煤炭企业在境外投资时，需要加强项目的分析能力，完善国际化团队的建设，选择适宜的投融资方式，完善国际化管理体制并加强企业的文化宣传，以确保海外项目健康发展。%We should cognize that risks from politics,law,decision,assessment,finance and exchange rate are growing in Chinese coal enterprises'overseas investment· As a result,Chi-nese coal enterprises should improve analytical skills,perfect international team building,choose appropriate financial measures,build international management system and strengthen cultural promotion to ensure the benign development of overseas proj ects.
