磅房无人值守系统在煤炭计量中的应用

分析了煤炭企业在销售运输煤炭中原有的计量模式，阐述了原有计量模式的弊端，详细介绍了将现代IT技术融入计量管理中的磅房无人值守系统，该系统是根据客户实际需求且贯穿采购、生产以及销售全过程的计量系统，能够及时、准确、完整、可靠地计量数据，该系统实现了企业物流和生产过程中计量数据的自动收集、加工和处理，实现了现场无人值守和远程的集中监控，是信息化、智能化和无人化的新型计量数据采集系统。%The original metering mode for coal transportation and sale in the coal enterprises was analyzed and their drawbacks were described· So the unattended system for weight house,u-sing metering management integrated with modern IT technology,was introduced in detail· Ac-cording to the actual requirements from the customers,this system can timely,accurately,com-pletely and reliably calculate data during the whole process of purchasing,production and sale· With this system,the automatic collection,processing and handling of metering data were a-chieved in theinternal logistics and the production process· Moreover,the unattended operation and remote centralized monitoring were achieved too· In summary,this system is a novel infor-matized,intelligentized and unattended metering data collecting system.
