两柱式和四柱式放顶煤支架在急倾斜煤层中适用性研究

         

摘要

为了研究四柱支撑掩护式和两柱掩护式低位放顶煤液压支架在急倾斜煤层中的适用性,基于靖远宝积山煤矿在急倾斜煤层中实际使用的四柱支撑掩护式液压支架和两柱掩护式放顶煤液压支架的支柱工作阻力与实际应用效果观测,分析了四柱支撑掩护式液压支架前后柱受力不均衡的原因和影响支架端面控顶效果因素。分析结果表明:与四柱支撑掩护式相比,两柱掩护式综放液压支架左右立柱受力均衡,初撑力利用效率高,支柱可以提高较大的水平阻力,端面控顶效果好,在急倾斜工作面中适用性更强。%In order to study the suitability of hydraulic powered four-leg chockGshield and twoGleg chockGshield low caving support in steep excavation coal seam,based on pillar working resistance and practical application effect of fourGleg chockGshield hydraulic support and two-leg chock-shield hydraulic support in Baojishan coal mine in Jingyuan,the reasons of prop unbalanced force of fourGleg chock-shield hydraulic support and affect factors of roof control influence have been analyzed.The results showed that compared with fourGleg chockGshield hydraulic support, twoGleg chockGshield hydraulic support prop force was balance and setting load utilization was efG ficient.The prop increased the horizontal resistance and roof control was efficient,which more suitable on extremely inclined faces.
