基于CFD模拟的蜗壳式旋流器的研究及应用

摘要

Computational fluid dynamics software has been used to conduct gas phase simula-tion and gas-particle phases simulation on cyclone.The distribution of the internal flow field and the particle traj ectory of the cyclone have been studied.The volute cyclone has been applied in dust collector and foam breaker during soft coal seam drilling,which achieved good results.%采用计算流体动力学软件对蜗壳式旋流器进行气相数值模拟和气固两相流数值模拟，深入研究了旋流器的内部流场分布和颗粒运动轨迹，得到蜗壳式旋流器内部流场速度和压力分布规律。将蜗壳式旋流器应用到松软煤层空气钻进除尘和泡沫钻进消泡工艺中，取得了良好的使用效果。
