同煤集团新形势下安全管理体系建立的探析

介绍了同煤集团在转型发展过程中根据自身实际情况，从管理格局、责任落实、制度完善、隐患排查等方面，研究探索了新形势下安全管理体系的建设，探索出了一套符合自身实际的安全管理体系，实现了集团的安全高效发展。%Based on the actual situation of restructuring and development process of Datong Coal Mine Group,the safety management system development has been researched from manage-ment structure,the responsibility implementation,system improvement and hazard investiga-tion•The company explored a set of actual safety management system,which to achieve safe and efficient development•
