带式输送机温度无线实时监测系统的研究与设计

摘要

针对采用手持设备到现场对带式输送机温度进行检测存在的问题，设计了一套带式输送机温度无线实时监测系统，介绍了系统组成和工作原理，详细阐述了系统的主要硬件和温度采集模块软件设计。通过在煤矿现场的实验表明，该系统能够实现带式输送机温度的无线实时监测，同时还能够对带式输送机的故障起到预警作用。%Aiming at the existing problems of field measuring the temperature of belt con-veyor with handheld device,a set of wireless and real-time temperature monitoring system of belt conveyor was designed. The system composition and operating principle were introduced,and the main hardware and the software design of temperature data gathering module were elaborated. The mining field experiment showed that the system could achieve wireless and real-time monito-ring the temperature of belt conveyor,and it also could play a role of early warning on malfunc-tion of belt conveyor.
