带式输送机温度无线实时监测系统设计

摘要

针对带式输送机温度测量存在的问题，设计了一套由主站、分站、无线温度传感器等组成的温度无线实时监测系统，该系统不但能无线自动采集温度，而且还具有自动报警功能。系统一旦发现温度异常，可通过GSM发射装置向指定手机发送警告短信，避免因人为因素出现监管不到位而造成不必要的损失。该温度无线实时监测系统经选煤厂实际应用，系统检测可靠，安装维护简单。%Aiming at the problems of belt conveyors' temperature measuring, the wireless and real-time temperature monitoring system is designed, which not only can wireless collect temperature automatically, but also has the auto-alarming function. This system is made up of main station, sub-station and wireless temperature sensor. When the abnormal temperature is detected bv the svstem, the warning short messages are sent to particularmobile phones to avoid man-made safeguards that causes unnecessary losses. This system is reliable and installs simple by practical application of coal preparation plant.
