孟津矿11011工作面突水水源判别及高压动水注浆研究

         

摘要

针对孟津矿11011工作面突水情况,通过水质、水温、水压等因素对其突水水源进行了判别,根据突水区域的地层结构、裂隙发育及底板充水等情况特征,根据查治结合、封堵通道、堵水截源、根治水患的指导思想制定了堵水方案并进行了相应工程的实施,利用原有瓦斯抽采底板岩巷再施工一条平行于停采线的底板岩巷作为治水巷(后期还可以用于瓦斯抽采),先加固突水区域外围,防止突水点转移,最后集中对突水靶区注浆封堵通道和出水点。%Aimed at the water inrush at 1 101 1 working face in Mengjin Mine,the sources were identified by water quality,water temperature,and water pressure and so on.According to the stratum structure,fracture development and water filling on coal seam floor,the water seal-ing scheme was made and conducted under the guide of the combination of check and control, pass sealing,water sealing and source cutting as well as fundamental solution of water disaster. The water-control roadway was constructed by taking advantage of original gas-drainage floor rock roadway which is parallel to the stopping line (also used for the gas drainage in the later stage).The outside of water-inrush zone was strengthened to prevent the transfer of location of water inrush.Finally,the pass and the water-inrush site were sealed by grouting.The dynamic water was sealed to reduce water inflow by aggregate injection,while the source sealing and flow cutting were achieved by grouting to alternate aquifer.
