我国煤炭行业清洁生产水平评价研究

摘要

Based on the analysis of current situation of China's coal industry clean production,this paper built a clean produc-tion evaluation index system for China's coal industry from the aspect of production process and equipment requirements,energy and resource utilization,production quality,pollutant production,integrated use of natural resources,ecological protection and environmental management.A quantitative clean production comprehensive evaluation was carried out based on the data of 165 coal mines and 117 coal preparation plants from the aspects of whole complexion,different regions and production scale of coal mines.According to the evaluation result,this paper analyzed the situation of clean production of China's coal industry and the main indicators that impacting the clean production level from different dimensions,thus provided the basis and reference for gov-ernment to strengthen clean production management of coal industry.%在分析我国煤炭清洁生产现状的基础上,从生产工艺与装备要求、资源能源利用、产品质量、污染物产生、资源综合利用、矿山生态保护及环境管理要求7个方面建立了煤炭行业清洁生产评价指标体系,结合165个煤矿及117座选煤厂的调研数据,采用综合评价法,分为总体情况、地区、规模3个维度对我国煤炭清洁生产水平进行了定量评价,依据评价结果,从不同维度分析了我国煤炭行业清洁生产的情况及影响煤炭清洁生产水平提高的主要指标,从而为加强煤炭清洁生产管理、提高我国煤炭行业清洁生产水平提供了依据和参考.
