永磁调速偶合器在选煤厂带式输送机上的应用研究

摘要

Fluid coupling gearing and permanent magnet speed regulating coupling gearing of belt conveyer in coal preparation plant were analyze contrastively,the control strategy and control flow of permanent magnet speed regulating coupler as belt con-veyer gearing of coal preparation plant were elaborated.The practical application and data analysis showed that the permanent magnet speed regulating coupling gearing could realize more accurate soft start and equipment protection in complex site,the soft start effect and heat dissipation effect were preferable,that avoid the electrical machinery rotor rupture and burning caused by o-versized instant starting load.%对选煤厂带式输送机传动装置液力偶合器传动装置和永磁调速偶合器传动装置进行了对比分析,详细阐述了选用永磁调速偶合器作为选煤厂带式输送机传动装置的控制策略与控制流程.根据现场应用与数据分析表明,永磁调速偶合器传动装置能够实现对复杂现场更精准地软启动控制与设备保护,软启动效果较好,且散热效果较快,避免了由于瞬时启动负载过大导致电机断轴与烧毁电机的情况.
