机械抽真空在减压塔中的应用

         

摘要

阐述了机械抽真空和蒸汽喷射器抽真空的主要特点,洗化厂装置扩能改造后工艺流程及主要设备情况,其中重点介绍了抽真空系统的改造,由蒸汽式抽真空改为机械式抽真空,包括机械式真空泵由两级组成,第一级为机械增压泵,第二级为干式真空泵。介绍了机械抽真空技术的主要工作原理,对比了蒸汽式抽真空与机械抽真空的设计参数与主要设备,比较了机械抽真空技术与蒸汽抽真空技术的优缺点,并分别对机械抽真空与蒸汽抽真空进行了能耗测算,机械抽真空技术相比蒸汽抽真空节能效果良好。%The technological process and main equipment in the Detergent Chemical Plant are described,with an emphasis on modification of vacuum system from steam vacuum pump to mechanical vacuum pump. The mechanical vacuum pump is composed of mechanical booster pump as the first level and dry vacuum pump as the second level. The advantages and disadvantages between steam vacuum pump and mechanical vacuum pump are compared,such as principle,design parameters,main equipment and energy consumption. It is showed that mechanical vacuum pump technology has better energy-saving effect than steam vacuum pump technology.
