自由曲面单层网壳结构形态创构方法研究

     

摘要

根据应变能与节点坐标之间的关系,建立了创构自由曲面网壳结构形态的方法.该方法利用应变能的性质通过节点坐标的移动,逐步减少结构应变能,最终得到结构应变能最小的合理结构形态.所得到的结构不仅具有形状自由、灵活的特点,而且具有足够的刚度和极限承载力,同时与常规单层网壳结构相比很少受初始节点偏差的影响.最终的结构形状,与初始形状、空间条件等密切相关,在方案设计阶段利用该方法可以得出与不同初始条件相应的多种合理形状,也可以对建筑师所确定的形状进行修正,提高力学性能的合理性.%Based on the relationship between structural strain energy and its nodal coordinates, a structural morphogenesis technique is established for free-curved single-layer reticulated shell. On the basis of the characteristics of strain energy, the technique adjusts the nodal coordinates to achieve the reasonable structural morphology with minimum structural strain energy. The structure derived by the technique not only has a free and flexible appearance, sufficient stiffness and higher ultimate bearing capacity, but also is affected less by the initial geometrical deviation of the nodes compared with the conventional single-layer reticulated shell. The final shape of the structure is closely related to factors such as the initial shape, spatial conditions. Multiple reasonable shapes corresponding to different initial conditions can be achieved in the design stage by the proposed method. And it can also be used to amend the defined shapes by architects to improve their rational mechanical properties.
