HAZOP技术在氯气处理装置危险辩识中的应用

Based on the theory and the application of HAZOP, take the chlorine treatment device as example, and the device danger was analyzed. The application example show that the HAZOP technique chlorine treatment device could find out the hidden danger effectively, and improve the operational reliability.%以HAZOP分析方法的理论和实际应用为基础,以氯气处理装置为例,对其在生产过程中所涉及的设备及危险性进行了分析。应用实例表明HAZOP方法可更高效地辩识氯气处理装置存在的安全隐患,提高氯气处理装置的可靠性。
