PC与玻璃粘接专用紫外光固化胶粘剂

摘要

本文制备了一种专用于聚碳酸酯(PC)与玻璃互粘的紫外光固化胶黏剂.研究了预聚物单体、稀释单体、偶联剂、光引发剂和稀释剂对于粘接性能和固化速率的影响，初步探讨了其作用机理.所制胶黏剂固化时间约为50秒，剪切强度可达5.89MPa.%　　A kind of UV-curing adhesive for Polycarbonate–glass had been synthesized . The effects of oligomers, active monomers, couple agent and photoinitiator on shear strength and the curing speed of UV2 curing adhesive were studied. The curing speed of the prepared UV-curing adhesive is 50 seconds and its shear strength is 5.89MPa.
