SYNTHESIS OF MeO-SiO_2:Eu^(3+),Bi^(3+)LUMINOPUORS BY THE SOL-GEL METHOD AND A STUDY OF THEIR LUMINESCENCE SPECTRA

摘要

The luminophors MeO-SiO2:Eu3+,Bi3+and MeO-SiO2Bi3+（Me=Mg.Sr）were synthesized at relativelylower temperature by the sol-gel method using the silica sol as a source of silica.The optimumcomposition and synthesis conditions were obtained by studying the excitation and emission spectraand the effects of energy transfer from the Bi3+ions to the Eu3+ions.
