An Efficient Synthesis and Screening of Osteostatin analogues by Using Pooling Strategy

摘要

An efficient synthesis and screening of twenty one osteostatin(OSN) analogues wereachieved by using pooling strategy. Three analogues were found to retain almost the same activity of inhibiting bone resorption in rat as that of OSN. Therefore, it is possible to develop partially modified OSN surrogate with higher enzymic stability.
