PHOTOVOLTAIC BEHAVIOURS OF THE COVALENTLY LINKED PHTHALOCYANINES DERIVATIVES

摘要

The photovoltaic behaviours of thin films of novel photosensitizer consisting of cova-lently linked phthalocyanine（Pc）and anthraquinone（AQ）were studied in 0.1mol/L Na2SO4 solu-tion.The results revealed that the higher photovoltage and photocurrent have been obtaineddue to light induced intra-molecules fast electron transfer in linked Pc-AQ compounds.Theeffects of different spacer chains between Pc and AQ molecules on photovoltaic behaviourswere also discussed.
