胚胎干细胞生物学特性的检测方法

摘要

本文综述了利用碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性检测、胚胎的阶段特异性细胞表面抗原(SSEA-1)检测、Oct-4活性检测、葡萄糖磷酸异构酶(GPI)检测、染色体G带技术及其它分子标记技术等检测胚胎干细胞生物学特性的研究情况，并对胚胎干细胞的体内外分化以及在嵌合体和核移植过程中的分化情况进行了概述，具有一定的参考价值。%Research progress of AKP activity detection, SSEA-1 activity detection, Oct-4 activity detection, GPI detection, Chromosomal G band detection and other molecular marker technology in Detecting Methods of Biological Characteristics of Embryo Stem Cell were review in this article and differentiation of embryo stem cell in vitro，in mosaic and during nuclear transfer were also discussed.
