FOSTERING RESILIENT BILATERAL RELATIONS

摘要

This year marks the 30th anniversary of China-ASEAN dialogue relations.Across the three decades since 1991,China and ASEAN have experienced a series of risks and challenges together including the 1997 Asian financial crisis,the 2003 SARS outbreak,the 2004 avian influenza,the 2008 financial crisis,and the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic.Each crisis has resulted in the impetus of cooperation between China and ASEAN being strengthened.
