鸡α-干扰素预防传染性法氏囊炎的剂量筛选试验

摘要

In order to determine effective prevention dose of chickenα-interferon, the interferon of 1 thousand, 10 thousand , 50 thousand and 100 thousand units were injected into artificially infected 28-day-old SPF chick-ens. For determing the optimal dosage,the clinical symptoms and the protection of chickens were observed.%　　为了确定鸡α-干扰素预防鸡传染性法氏囊炎（infectious bursal disease of chicken,IBD）有效剂量，将稀释好的制品按照1000、1万、5万和10万单位4个剂量的干扰素，对人工感染法氏囊超强毒的28日龄SPF鸡进行注射给药，观察其临床症状，考察其对发病鸡的保护情况，以此进行筛选，确定最佳给药剂量。
