硒（Se）是人和动物必需的微量元素之一。文章综述了硒的生物学作用，硒在蛋鸡生产中的应用，鸡的硒缺乏症与硒中毒症，蛋鸡常用硒源饲料添加剂，硒在未来蛋鸡养殖业中开发利用前景。%the selenium (Se) is one of the essential trace minerals in the human and animal. The article sum-marizes the biological function of selenium, selenium application in the production of laying hens, chicken selenium deficiency and se poisoning, laying hens commonly used selenium source feed additives, selenium development and utilization prospect in laying hens breeding in the future.
