厦门市猪群腹泻流行病学调查

摘要

为掌握厦门市猪群腹泻疫病情况，2013年1月7日至31日，对厦门市允许生猪养殖的同安区、翔安区和集美区20个镇、街道、农场的不同养殖规模猪场猪群进行了2012年12月猪群腹泻疫病流行病学调查。通过实地走访，共填写问卷226份。流行病学统计分析结果显示，2012年12月厦门市猪群腹泻的发病率为0.0518头/猪-月。从规模看，以年出栏量100-499头的猪场猪群发病率最高，为0.1236头/猪-月；从生长阶段（用途）看，以仔猪的发病率和病死率最高，分别为0.0957头/猪-月和21.7%，尤其以出生1周内的仔猪腹泻病死率最高，为26.3%；从区域看，以同安区大同街道猪群的发病率最高，为0.1550头/猪-月。%In order to understand the epidemic status of swine diarrhea in Xiamen,an epidemiological investigation was conducted from January 7 to 31,2013. 20 towns holding different scale pig farms in these 3 districts in Xiamen:Tongan,Xiangan and Jimei pig farming is where allowed were involved in the investigation. Through field visits,226 questionnaires were filled and collected.Statistical analysis results showed that the swine diarrhea incidence rate of Xiamen was 0.0518 head / pig - month in December, 2012. From the scale point of view,farms with annual sales of 100 to 499 pigs had the highest incidence rate,0.1236 head / pig – month. From the growth stage(purpose) point of view,the highest incidence rate and case fatality were in piglets,0.0957 head / pig - month and 21.7% respectively,especially the new born piglets of 1 week had the highest case fatality,26.3%. From the spatial distribution point of view,pig herds in Datong Subdistrict of Tongan had the highest incidence rate,0.1550 head / pig -month.
