推进当前《马传染性贫血消灭工作》的几点思考

摘要

The following proposals are put forward with a view to implement the“National Animal Disease Prevention and Control Plan(2012-2020)”,and eradicate equine infectious anemia(EIA)by 2020:First,strengthening joint prevention and control mechanism;Second,strengthening advocacy campaign,so as to let the general public understand the significance of eradicating EIA;Third,raising responsibility awareness of inspectors,and establishing a sound system of rewards and punishments;Fourth,giving full play to the role of“improving disease control with intensified inspection,and enhancing inspection with strengthened supervision”;Fifth,the practice of inspection, quarantine and clean-up shall follow with the season;Sixth,improving the professional qualification and skills of grassroot-level inspectors .%为贯彻落实《国家中长期动物疫病防治规划（2012-2020年）》，力争到2020年实现消灭马传染性贫血的目标，对《马传染性贫血消灭工作实施方案》提出6点思考与建议：1.强化联防联控；2.加大宣传力度，明白消灭马传贫的意义；3.增强检疫人员的责任意识，建立完善的奖惩机制；4.充分发挥“以检促防，以监促检”的作用；5.检疫净化要做到季节化；6.提高基层检疫工作人员的专业素养和专业技能。
