一起未经兽医执业注册从事动物诊疗活动案的查处与思考

By introducing a case of engaging in animal treatment activities without a certified veterinary registration certificate investigated by Zhengzhou Animal Health Institution,suggestions of implementing the supervision and law enforcement record system and establishing theClassiifcation Management of Animal Clinics to Quantify the Level of Supervision and Management of Public Management Fileswere put forward,in order to strengthen supervision and management of veterinary clinics,regulate the practice of veterinary diagnosis and treatment behavior and improve the supervision order and the maintenance of public health and safety.%通过介绍郑州市动物卫生监督所查处的一起未经兽医执业注册从事动物诊疗活动的案件，提出了严格落实监督执法备案制度，建立《动物诊疗机构分级管理量化监督等级公示管理档案》的建议，以便强化对动物诊疗机构的监督管理，规范执业兽医诊疗行为，健全诊疗监管秩序和维护公共卫生安全。
