河流在城市发展中发挥着重要作用，对城市经济社会、空间格局、生态环境，风俗文化等产生了较大影响。目前城市河流景观规划设计工作的缺位导致多数河流并没有发挥应有的作用，同时面临着严峻的生态环境危机。运用景观都市主义指导城市河流景观规划设计，能够较好的促进河流与城市之间共生发展，具体思路是打破传统工程思维的方式建设河流两岸景观，通过总体层面、系统规划层面与工程设计层面三个相互渗透的规划设计工作，解决城市河流所涉及的生态安全、功能复合、工程景观与城市文化等四个方面问题。%Rivers play an important role in the development of cities, producing relatively profound influence on urban economic society, spatial pattern, ecological environment and custom culture. Currently, the absence of the planning and design of urban river landscape caused that most rivers didn’t come to their ful play and faced serious ecological environmental crisis. Applying landscape urbanism to guide the planning and design of urban river landscape can promote the joint development between rivers and cities. The specific idea is to break traditional engineering thinking of constructing river landscape on both sides and to solve four problems of ecological safety, function compound, engineering landscape and urban culture involved with urban rivers from the overal aspect, systematic planning aspect and engineering design aspect.
