再生与异化的悖论:消费文化驱动下历史街区商业化改造的机制解析及应对

         

摘要

Historical districts are important components of urban culture space, the renovation of historical districts which is regarded as an important means to enhance urban cultural quality and the competitiveness of urban culture is becoming the important component of urban renewal and urban cultural strategies. A large number of existing reform practice is canonized because of the promotion of local vitality, but also disputed because of development damage on historical culture. Based on the perspective of consumption culture, this paper analyzes the mechanism and problems of the commercialized rehabilitation of historical districts, and explores the strategies to realize the return of cultural values. In this paper, the turn of consumption culture is regarded as the important motivation of commercial renovation of historical districts, and it also has a great impact on the authenticity of historical culture and social culture. It needs to re-establish cultural values, choose the direction of renovation, promote the renovation process and design methods to find coping strategies.%历史街区是城市文化空间的重要组成,对历史街区的改造更被视为提升城市文化品质、增强城市文化竞争力的重要手段,成为城市更新的主要工作和城市“文化战略”的重要组成。现有大量的改造实践,往往既因对于地方活力的提升而受到推崇,又因对历史文化的开发式破坏而广受争议。基于消费文化的视角,对历史街区商业化改造的机制与存在问题进行理论解析,并探索实现文化价值回归的应对策略。文章认为消费文化的转向是历史街区商业化的重要动因,同时也产生了对原真性历史文化和社会文化的巨大冲击,需要重新立足文化价值,从改造方向选择、改造过程推进以及改造方法设计等方面寻找应对策略。
