高职院校“3＋2”学生管理对策探析

摘要

The students in the vocational colleges under the ＂3＋2＂ pattern share the common traits with those in three years program colleges,and also have their own special characteristics in their thoughts,behaviors and psychology.Therefore,the management of students affairs should be based on those characteristics,that is,a new pertinent management system based on a ＂student-oriented＂ conception is to be established,reflecting diversity and humanity and promoting the students＇ all-round development.%高职院校＂3＋2＂学生既具有普通专科大学生所具有的共同特点,又在思想、行为、心理等方面具有鲜明的特殊性,因此高职院校学生管理工作应从学生特点出发,树立以学生为本的管理理念,制订针对性较强的管理制度,在管理方法上体现多元化、人性化,以适应教育形势与学生健康发展的需要。
