以纳米TiO2为代表的纳米半导体光催化材料是目前研究的热点。纳米TiO2为宽禁带半导体,需紫外光激发;而且,产生的光生电子-空穴对极易复合,限制了其实际应用。将纳米TiO2进行离子掺杂改性是解决上述问题的有效途径。目前离子掺杂改性纳米TiO2光催化剂的研究进展表明,采用两种离子共掺杂改性纳米TiO2时,离子之间会产生协同作用,进而表现出比单一离子掺杂纳米TiO2更高的光催化性能。对目前离子掺杂改性纳米TiO2研究中面临的问题提出了几点建议并进行了展望。%Nano semiconductors especially nano titanium dioxide have attracted much attention over the world due to its unique photocatalytic property.Unfortunately,titanium dioxide displays photoactivity only under ultraviolet light excitation because of its wide bandgap.Moreover,titanium dioxide presents a relatively high electron-hole recombination rate which is detrimental to its photoactivity.To enhance the visible photoactivity of titanium dioxide,an effective method is to dope titanium dioxide photocatalysts with ions.The progress on the ion-doped modification of nano titanium dioxide photocatalysts indicated that nano titanium dioxide co-doped with two ions exhibit higher photocatalytic activity than that doped with single ion.The current problems and the future development are also proposed.
