超临界CO2萃取-微波辅助提取红景天苷的研究

         

摘要

采用超临界CO2萃取-微波辅助法,研究了从红景天中提取红景天苷的工艺条件.结果表明:适宜的超临界CO2萃取工艺条件为:5.000 g红景天粉末,萃取压力40MPa,萃取温度55℃,萃取时间5 h,夹带剂为无水乙醇;萃取后红景天1.000 g,加入30mL超纯水,浸泡2.0 h,微波功率为180W,微波处理2min,红景天苷提取率高于95%.%The process conditions for the extration of salidroside from Rhodiola sachalinensis were studied using supercriticaal CO2 extraction-microwave-assisted extraction. The results showed that the optimum conditions of supercritical CO2 extraction were:Rhodiola sachalinensis powder 5.000 g, extraction pressure 40 MPa, extraction temperature 55 ℃, extraction time 5 h, absolute ethyl alcohol as extrainer.After extraction, 30 mL ultrapure water was added into 1.000 g Rhodiola sachalinensis powder and it is soaked for 2.0 h. The it's treated with ultrasonic assisted for 2 min at ultrasonic power of 180 W. The extraction rate of salidroside was higher than 95%.
