中药活性成分的生物转化研究进展

摘要

At present,researchers in the chemical industry are exploring the use of renewable feedstock to improve continually,and this prompts the exploration of bioprocesses for the production of chemicals to a great extent.In the chemical industry,producing active constituents by biotransformation is an important approach for the industrialization of traditional Chinese medicine.This review deals with recent progress on the biotransformation of active constituents from traditional Chinese medicine,and discusses the existent correlative problems and the possible approaches.%化学工业的可持续发展性,推动了生物法生产化学品的研究.利用生物转化法生产中药活性成分是实现中药产业化的重要途径之一.综述了近年来通过植物细胞培养转化合成中药活性成分的研究进展,讨论了目前存在的问题和解决办法.
