硫代氨基淀粉黄原酸盐的合成及表征

摘要

以淀粉为原料,经缩醛反应、交联反应、接枝共聚反应、磺化反应等合成出以氮为中心的硫代氨基淀粉黄原酸盐(DSX),采用元素分析、FTIR、SEM及TG等对反应的中间体和产物进行了结构表征.通过单因素实验和正交实验确定DSX的最佳合成条件为:淀粉质量10 g、交联剂用量1.50 mL、引发剂用量4.0 mL、丙烯酰胺用量3.0 mL、二硫化碳用量5.0 mL.%Taking starch as raw material, dithioamino starch xanthogenate(DSX) was synthesized through acetalization, crosslinking, grafted copolymerization, sulfonation. The structure of the intermediates and product were characterized by FTIR,SEM,TG and elemental analysis.
