烟嘧磺隆中间体2-氨基磺酰基-N,N-二甲基烟酰胺的合成研究

以2-氯烟酸为起始原料,以硫脲引入巯基,再经多步反应,合成了除草剂烟嘧磺隆中间体2-氨基磺酰基-N,N-二甲基烟酰胺,总收率58.1％.此合成路线国内未见报道.%Using 2-chloronicotinic acid as starting material,2-aminosulfonyl-N,N-dimethylnicotinamide, a key intermediate of herbicide nicosulfuron, is synthesized via several steps after being sulfhydrylated by thiou-rea. The total yield is 58. 1 % and this synthetic route has not been reported in domestic.
