Taking 2-chloronicotinic acid as starting material and being sulfhydrylated by thiourea, 2-thio-benzyl nicotinic acid is synthesized after the reaction with benzyl chloride. The optimum synthetic process was as follows:thiourea salt was prepared by 2-chloronicotinic acid and thiourea with molar ratio of 0. 96 : l,and was hydrolyzed by 40% NaOH solution,then the benzyl chloride was added dropwise into the reaction system. The yield was 98. 6%,higher than the values ever reported.%以2-氯烟酸为起始原料,用硫脲引入巯基,再与苄基氯反应合成了2-苄硫基烟酸.确定优化的合成工艺为:摩尔比为0.96∶ 1的2-氯烟酸与硫脲反应制得硫脲盐,用40% NaOH溶液水解2h,再滴加苄基氯反应.产物收率达98.6%,高于现有文献值.
