混合型水性无机富锌涂料的制备及其性能研究

摘要

在片状无机富锌涂料中加入-定比例的球状锌粉,得到性能优异的混合型水性无机富锌涂料,探究了不同锌粉含量下富锌涂料涂层的耐腐蚀性能,通过常规性能测试、耐酸碱性实验对混合型水性无机富锌涂料涂膜进行性能测试.结果表明,当片状锌粉含量为40％、球状锌粉含量为10％时所得到的混合型水性无机富锌涂料性能最优.%Adding a percentage of spherical zinc powder into flake inorganic zinc-rich coatings,the hybrid water-borne inorganic zinc-rich coating with excellent performance was obtained.The corrosion-resistance of zinc-rich coatings with different contents of zinc powder were explored.By regular performance test,acid-resistance and alkali-resistance experiment,the performance of hybrid water-borne inorganic zinc-rich coating was tested.The results showed that the performance of hybrid water-borne inorganic zinc-rich coating was the best when the content of flake zinc powder was 40％,the content of spherical zinc powder was 10％.
