聚驱抽油杆下行滞后井酸洗降黏除垢技术研究

         

摘要

The pumping rod is lagging seriously in the polymer flooding wells in Daqing Oilfield.It is caused by the high polymer viscosity and fouling on the shaft wall.A viscosity reduction and descaling detergent which can recovery wells lagging effectively was developed.The detergent had better viscosity reduction and desaling efficiency when the optimal ratio of amino sulfonic acid and hydrochloric acid was 4∶1.When the concentration of corrosion inhibitor CY-1 was 0.10%,the corrosion inhibition efficiency reached 76.7%.The stability of the detergent was relatively well and it possessed certain application value.%大庆油田聚驱井出现严重的抽油杆下行滞后现象,主要原因为采出井聚合物黏度高及井壁结垢。研制出一种酸洗降黏除垢剂,可有效处理采出井井下滞后物质,复配酸氨基磺酸与盐酸最佳浓度比为4∶1时,降黏除垢效果较好;选用缓蚀剂 CY-1在0.10%浓度下的缓蚀效率最高可达69.1%,且稳定性相对较好,具有一定的现场应用价值。
