以杭州市"五水共治"打造的生态示范河道为研究对象,同步监测其水质和浮游植物的种类及数量,并选用Shannon-Wiener 指数、Margalef 指数、Pielou 指数表征5条河道的水质状况,将水质监测结果和浮游植物群落多样性指数表征的结果进行比较。结果表明,浮游植物群落多样性指数对河道水质具有一定的指示作用,但与实际水质存在差距。当河道水质状况较好(Ⅳ类以上)时,用 Shannon-Wiener 指数、Pielou 指数表征水质状况较好;当河道水质污染较严重(Ⅴ类或劣Ⅴ类)时,用 Margalef 指数表征水质可获得比较理想的结果。%Taking the ecological demonstration rivers constructed in Hangzhou under the background of"Five-water Governance" as the research object.The water quality,the species composition and distribution of phytoplankton were synchronously monitored.The water qualities of 5 rivers monitored and indicated by phyto-plankton community diversity with Shannon-Wiener index,Margalef index and Pielou index were compared.The results showed that phytoplankton community diversity index had a certain indication function of water quality. But there was a difference between the results monitored and indicated.Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou index should be chosen to indicate the water quality of urban river when the water quality was good(Class Ⅳ or a-bove),whereas Margalef index should be involved when the water was serious polluted(Class Ⅴ or below).
