一株荧蒽降解菌 Rhodococcus erythropolis PJR1的筛选、鉴定及降解特性研究

A fluoranthene-degrading strain was isolated from crude oil in Dagang Oilfield by enrichment cul-ture,and its degradation properties were studied.Based on the sequence alignment of 1 6S rDNA,it was identi-fied as Rhodococcus erythropolis which belonged to Rhodococcus and named as PJR1.The degradation speed of strain PJR1 was positive correlation with its growth activity.During the period of 5~20 d culture,the degrada-tion speed of strain PJR1 increased with the improvement of growth activity,20 d later,both of the degradation speed and growth activity decreased.Finally,the degradation completed in 30 d with degradation rate of 76.18%.GC-MS Analysis showed that,metabolites of fluoranthene were 9-fluorenone,phthalic acid and benzoic acid.This study provides a theoretical basis for the further research of metabolic route and mechanism of flu-oranthene in Rhodococcus .%采用富集培养方法从大港油田原油样品中筛选到一株荧蒽降解菌,对其降解特性进行了研究。通过16S rDNA 序列比对,鉴定该菌株为 Rhodococcus 属红串红球菌(Rhodococcus erythropolis ),并命名为 PJR1。菌株 PJR1对荧蒽的降解速率与其生长活性呈正相关:在第5~20 d,菌株 PJR1对荧蒽的降解速率随其生长活性的增强而不断加快;20 d后,则随其生长活性的减弱而减慢;30 d 完成降解,降解率达到76.18%。GC-MS 分析表明荧蒽代谢产物为9-芴酮、邻苯二甲酸和苯甲酸。为进一步探讨荧蒽在 Rhodococcus 属中的代谢路径及机制奠定了基础。
