响应曲面法优化花生壳中木犀草素的微波提取工艺

     

摘要

Using mignonette yield as an evaluation index,the microwave extraction process of mignonette from peanut shells was optimized by a single factor experiment and response surface methodology.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol volume fraction of 80%,microwave extraction time of 70 s,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20(g∶mL),and microwave power of 1 000 W.Under above conditions,mignonette yield reached 0.713%.This method is feasible,and can be used to extract mignonette from peanut shells.%以木犀草素得率为评价指标,采用单因素实验和响应曲面法优化花生壳中木犀草素微波提取工艺.确定最优提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数80%、微波提取时间70 s、料液比1∶20(g∶mL)、微波功率1 000 W,在此条件下,木犀草素得率可达到0.713%.该方法设计合理,可用于花生壳中木犀草素的提取.
