N-(1-萘基)-苯甲亚胺席夫碱的合成与表征

     

摘要

Using benzaldehyde and 1-naphthylamine as raw materials,and anhydrous alcohol as a solvent,we synthe-sized N-benzylidenenaphthalen-1-amine Schiff base.Moreover,we investigated the effects of reaction time and molar ratio of benzaldehyde to 1-naphthylamine on the yield of the product,then characterized the structure of the product by 1 HNMR,IR,and UV-Vis,and measured its melting point by a capillary tube method.The results show that the optimal synthesis conditions are as follows:the reaction temperature of 25 ℃,the reaction time of 2.5 h,and the molar ratio of benzaldehyde to 1-naphthylamine of 1.4: 1. Under above conditions,the yield of N-benzylidenenaphthalen-1-amine Schiff base can be up to 99.3%,and its melting point is about 75 ℃.%以苯甲醛和1-萘胺为原料、无水乙醇为溶剂,合成了N-(1-萘基)-苯甲亚胺席夫碱,考察了反应时间、苯甲醛与1-萘胺物质的量比对产物收率的影响,通过核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱、紫外可见光谱对产物结构进行了表征,并采用毛细管法对产物的熔点进行了测定.结果表明,该席夫碱最佳合成条件为:反应温度25 ℃、反应时间2.5 h、苯甲醛与1-萘胺物质的量比1.4: 1,在此条件下,N-(1-萘基)-苯甲亚胺席夫碱的收率高达99.3%,熔点约为75 ℃.
