We studied the decolorization of Malachite Green in aqueous solution by composite mycelial pellets.More-over,we investigated the effects of culture time,initial pH value,composite mycelial pellet dosage,culture temperature, and manganese peroxidase(MnP) on the decolorization of Malachite Green.The results show that the decolorization rate of Malachite Green reaches above 99% under the conditions as follows:the initial pH value is 5,the composite mycelial pellet dosage is 5 g·L-1,the culture temperature is 35 ℃,the shaking speed is 160 r·min-1,and the culture time is 12 h.The initial pH value has the greatest impact on decolorization and producing MnP, which indicate that the initial pH value affects the surface charge status and growth status of composite mycelial pellets,affecting the biological decolor-ization process.Composite mycelial pellets provide a cheap and convenient way to solve the problem of dye wastewater.%研究了复合菌丝球对孔雀绿染料液的脱色作用,考察了培养时间、初始pH值、复合菌丝球投加量、培养温度、锰过氧化物酶(MnP)对孔雀绿脱色的影响.结果表明,复合菌丝球在初始pH值为5、投加量为5 g·L-1、35℃、160 r ·min-1的条件下振荡培养12 h对孔雀绿的脱色率达到99%以上;初始pH值对脱色及产MnP影响最大,说明初始pH值影响复合菌丝球的表面电荷状态及生长状态,从而影响生物脱色过程.复合菌丝球为染料废水处理提供了一种低廉简便的绿色途径.
