The microwave sensor has many advantages in terms of detecting the concentration of biochemical solutions, such as accuracy, high sensitivity, fast measurement speed and zero-touch. Studies have shown that the solution concentration and reflection coefficient, and we can get the concentration of solution after a certain elapsed based on the reflection coefficient. We use microwave sensors to detect three typical biochemical solution which are sodium chloride, glucose and peptone. The results show that the reflection coefficient of same biochemical solution increases as the concentration increases or decreases, and the best-sensitive frequency bands of different biochemical solutions are different. Therefore, the microwave sensor provides an efficient and feasible way to detect the concentrations of biochemical solution, and it has a very good prospect.%微波传感器在检测生化溶液方面具有准确性好、灵敏度高、测量速度快以及零接触等优点。研究表明,溶液的浓度与反射系数有关,利用反射系数经过一定的换算可以得到溶液的浓度。用微波传感器对氯化钠、葡萄糖、蛋白胨这三种典型生化溶液进行检测实验,结果显示:在特定频段,同一生化溶液,传感器的反射系数随着溶液浓度的增大而增大或减小,而不同生化溶液的最佳敏感频段是不同的。因此,微波传感器为生化溶液浓度的检测提供了一种高效可行的方法,有非常好的应用前景。
