硫酸浸渍La2O3掺杂TiO2光催化剂对甲基橙废水化学耗氧量的影响

     

摘要

La2 03-doped TiO2 was soaked with sulfuric acid of different concentrations. As-soaked La2O3-TiO2 samples were then calcinated to generate a series of SO4~ /TiO2-La2O3 pho-' tocatalysts. The effect of as-prepared SC>4~ /TiO2-La2O3 photocatalysts on the chemical oxygen demand (COD) of wastewater containing methyl orange was investigated. Results indicate that photocatalysts SC>4~ /TiO2-La2O3 possess better photocatalytic activity than TiO2-La2O3. The concentration of H2SO4 has some influence on the photocatalytic activity of SC>4~ /TiO2-La2O3, and the optimal concentration of H2SO4 is suggested as 0.5 mol/L. In the meantime, the calcination temperature also has some influence on the photocatalytic activity of SO4 /TiO2-La2O3, and the best calcination temperature is suggested as 500 °C . Moreover, the optimal dosage of La2O3 in as-prepared SO4^/TiO2-La2O3 photocatalysts is suggested as 0.3% (mass fraction).%采用不同浓度的硫酸溶液浸渍处理La2O3掺杂TiO2,随后经焙烧制得一系列SOi-/TiO2 -La2O3光催化剂;考察了SO2-4-/TiO2-La2O3光催化剂对甲基橙废水溶液化学耗氧量的影响.结果表明,SO2-4/TiO2-La2O3的光催化活性比TiO2-La2O3的高;H2SO4浸渍液浓度对SO2-4/TiO2-La2O3的光催化活性有一定的影响,H2SO4溶液的最佳浓度为0.5 mol/L.同时,催化剂的焙烧温度对其光催化活性也有一定的影响,最佳焙烧温度为500℃;而复合催化剂中La2O3的最佳掺杂量为0.3%.
