通过水溶液法制备一种Cu2O-SiO2纳米复合物,并将其修饰于电极表面,直接催化过氧化氢,成功制得了一种无酶的过氧化氢传感器.通过循环伏安和计时电流法考察了电极的电化学特性,发现Cu2O-SiO2对过氧化氢(H2O2)有较好的催化性能.实验结果表明,制备的传感器在H2O2浓度为3.5×l0-7 ~7.5×l0-3 mol/L范围内有良好的线性响应,检测下限为1.2×10-7 mol/L( S/N=3).此外,该传感器具有制备简单、成本低、响应快、稳定性好等特点.%A directly catalytic sensor of hydrogen peroxide without the presence of enzyme was developed by immobilizing novel Cu2O-SiO2 nanocomposites,synthesized via a solution-phase method,on the surface of electrode. The performance of this sensor was observed by cyclic voltammetry(CV)method and chronoamperometry. The results confirmed that this sensor was simple to prepare,low-cost,with good stability,with fast and well linear response in the range of 3.5x10-7~7.5x10-3 mol/L with the lowest detection limit of 1.2x10-7mol/L(S/N=3).
