多孔配位聚合物{Cd2(tpom)(tpa)2·(DMF)(H2O)3}n的合成及表征

         

摘要

A new coordination polymer{ [Cd2(tpom) (tpa)2] · (DMF)(H2O)3} n was synthesized through the assembly of tetrakis (4-pyridyloxymethylene)methane) (tpom)and terephthalate(tpa) with Cd(NO3)2 · 4H2O,and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra,PXRD,thermogravimetric analyses and single crystal X-ray structure analyses. The results show that the title compound crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a = 3. 4747(17)nm,6 = 2. 0899(10)nm,c= 1.4292(10)nm,β = 111. 642 (5)°,V=9.647(9)nm3,Z=8,Dc=1.374 g · cm-3 ,F(000) = 3984. 0,μ = 0. 939 mm-1 ,the final R1 =0.0566 and wR2=0. 1408 for 6586 observed reflections(I>2<σ(I) ). The structural analysis reveals that terephthalate connects cadmium ions to form a plane with dinuclear(CdCOO)2,and tetrakis (4-pyridyloxymethylene) methane links the dinuclear cadmiums into a two-fold interpenetrating 3-dimentional architecture of pcu topology.%由四(4-吡啶氧甲基)甲烷(tpom)和对苯二甲酸(tpa)与Cd(NO3)2·4H2O合成了配位聚合物{[Cd2(tpom)(tpa)2]·(DMF) (H2O)3}n,通过元素分析、红外光谱、X-射线粉末衍射、热重、X-射线单晶衍射对配位聚合物的结构进行了表征.结果表明,标题化合物属于单斜晶系C2/c空间群,晶胞参数为a=3.4747(17)nm,b =2.0899(10) nm,c=1.4292 (10) nm,β=111.642(5)°,V=9.647(9) nm3,Z=8,Dc=1.374 g·cm-3,F(000)=3984.0,μ =0.939 mm-1,其6586个可观测点的结构偏差因子R1=0.0566,wR2=0.1408.结构分析表明,对苯二甲酸连接镉离子形成含双核镉(CdCOO)2的平面,四(4-吡啶氧甲基)甲烷连接双核镉形成具有两重穿插pcu拓扑构型的三维骨架.
