硫铁矿烧渣制复合聚铁混凝剂及其性能研究

         

摘要

taking pyrite cinder as raw material,through reduction,roasting and acidic leaching,the high concentration ferrous sulfate solution was made. Then with a catalytic amount of concentrated HNO3 ,the acidic leaching solution was bubbled into the oxygen and turned into the deep red brown viscous coagulant PFS. The optimum reaction conditions were determined:nH2 SO4Fe is 0. 2 ~0. 35,the catalyst dosing quantity is 1. 75%,the reaction time is 2h with oxygen at 80 ℃. The composite coagulant PPFS was made by join the Na2 HPO4 on condition of the water bath heating,the best reaction conditions as follow:the nPO43-Fe is 0. 3,the reac-tion temperature is 70 ℃ to 80 ℃,the reaction time of 1h. The infrared spectrum analysis showed that PFS,PPFS was mainly used for hydroxyl connection in polymer,when introducing P into PFS,the PO43-will aggregate and generating more than high charge high hydroxyl nuclear complex,formed a variety of structural unit,the formed coagulation of flocs is bigger,the water turbidity,the remov-al efficiency of COD is better for pharmaceutical waste.%以硫铁矿烧渣为原料,经还原、焙烧、酸浸得到较高浓度的硫酸亚铁溶液,以浓HNO3为催化剂,通入氧气将酸浸液制成深棕红色粘稠混凝剂PFS,确定最佳反应条件:nH2 SO4Fe为0.2~0.35,催化剂投加量1.75%,通入氧气80℃反应2h.加入Na2 HPO4,水浴加热制得复合混凝剂PPFS,最佳反应条件:nPO43-Fe为0.3,反应温度70℃ ~80℃,反应时间1h.红外光谱分析显示,PFS、PPFS是以羟基连接为主的聚合物,将P引入PFS,PO43-参与聚合,生成了高电荷高羟基多核络合物,形成多种结构单元,混凝时形成的絮体更大,对制药废水浊度、COD去除效果更好.
